We belong to the the local market leaders in the commercial real estate segment and more than 309,000sqm of leasable area makes us the second-largest landlord in the local office markets (Bratislava and Prague).

Our Slovak portfolio includes high profile office buildings, such as Aupark Tower, Lakeside Park, BBC5, BBC1, BBC1 plus, and Westend Tower. This year, we added a premium shopping centre, Aupark, to our portfolio.

• Managing marketing activities and communication for the Real Estate divisions of our Slovak branch
• Collaborating with our Slovak and Czech marketing colleagues
• Developing and executing the marketing strategy for our real estate activities. Managing the marketing budget. Coordinating all activities with the sales team
• Managing successful marketing campaigns and projects for our property management clients (tenants, leasing agents, business contacts, etc.)
• Potential involvement in projects targeted at our investors, so your interest and knowledge in investments would be considered a plus
• Preparing tailor-made presentations and marketing materials. Updating and developing content across websites and social media
• Coordinating the external agencies covering our digital, creative, content and PR production, preparing briefing materials
• Implementing the new brand identity, created by a leading Czech design studio
• Executing client events, seminars and partnerships
• Evaluating projects using the relevant KPIs
• Developing new ideas and best practices to market the firm
• Additional projects – seeking opportunities to participate in firm-wide/local projects, as required

• Experience in marketing, for the real estate or finance sectors would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; fluent Slovak and English
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Experiences with marketing strategies, channels, and branding
• Knowledge of online and performance marketing would be a plus (Google Ads, Social Media)
• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint)
• An eye for design, attention to detail, well-developed organisational skills
• A sense of responsibility and a commitment to delivering quality work

• We do not offer a single starting salary, as it depends on a candidate’s experience and will be subject to an agreement made during the recruitment process. The minimum starting salary is EUR 1,500/month gross, on a full-time basis
