Wincent's OTC team is revolutionising high-volume crypto trading by providing direct services to large financial institutions, banks, or substantial clients. We, as market makers, are in a unique position to offer the best prices and execution for our clients, thus maximising their financial outcomes. While most of our processes are automated via aggregators or connectors, we need someone to stay on top of financial settlements between us and our clients. This means initiating, confirming and tracking transfers, reporting, communication with counterparties, and having a strong influence on future processes. You’ll have an opportunity to grow with Wincent into other roles, such as banking or exchange operations.

Responsibilities:

• Request the necessary funds required for executing trades
• Execute payments corresponding to completed trades
• Ensure that all counterparties have received the appropriate funds
• Keeping track and reporting data through our platform or Excel
• Transaction Monitoring, keeping an eye on financial transfers, ensuring they are executed as planned and recorded correctly.
• Communication with internal stakeholders, our finance, operations, engineering and legal teams

Requirements

• Affinity to numbers. Finance university background is a plus.
• Between 0-3 years of relevant finance or operations experience. Being fresh graduate is okay, however we require maturity, good work ethic and diligence.
• Data analytics skills and ability to build and understand comprehensive reports.
• Willingness and ability to work outside of working hours if needed
• Skeptical / curious by nature, asks questions and digs deep
• Fluent English, professional written communication
