Pygmalios is a leading provider of in-store analytical software and services for physical retail. We use the state-of-art sensor equipment and advanced software alogrithms to do do this. Thanks to us retailers understand their customers and are able to provide them with a much better experience. We work with some of the most notable retailers throughout Europe and employ some of the most talented people available.

We're seeking a data driven growth mind to help us win the market. We're looking for a team player who is competent in working in a scientific fashion and is beyond inventive. Experience with complex/enterprise products (ideally SaaS products) is a great advantage. So is systems thinking, goal orientation and self-motivation.

  • Experiment with lead and data sourcing strategies
  • Improve email automation system and campaigns
  • Scale and optimize growth
  • Create sales support documents in collaboration with our sales team
  • Take charge of dedicated marketing channels to drive marketing leads for a hungry sales team and conduct AB testing drive improvements
  • Help with designing marketing materials and approaches to engage with our client base: senior decision makers within large enterprises


You will have 2+ years in a B2B environment. Experience in startups and/or enterprise software is desirable. Bachelors and/or Master’s degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent expertise in an Marketing role.
