Panza Robotics is a high-tech innovation company focused on research and manufacturing of advanced robots that will make people’s life easier, safer and more fulfilling. We are a multidisciplinary team of highly motivated and talented engineers working on the first “commercial” quadruped robot in this region. You will be at the heart of Artaban’s software stack. You will take part in developing software ranging from perception up to Artaban action generation, making sure all the hardware and software components work together. You will also contribute to optimizing our software development lifecycle. For our team we seek people with passion, creativity and the ability to learn.

Day to day activities:

• Integrate sensors and develop data processing algorithms and pipelines
• Integrate and customise robotics libraries and packages for Artaban
• Validate software in simulation and test on real hardware
• Maintain internal software packages and tools

Required skills:

• MSc. degree in Robotics, Computer Science or related field
• Experience in developing robotics systems using ROS
• Strong programming skills in C++, Python
• Ability to write modular and maintainable code
• Proactive team working and mission-driven attitude

Desired skills:

• Practical experience with sensors like IMUs, lidars, depth cameras, ...
• Familiarity with robot simulation software
• Working knowledge of Linux shell, networking
• Knowledge of git workflows, tools like GitHub and understanding of DevOps
• Experience with production-grade software projects for edge (embedded) devices
