European Alliance for Innovation is a non-profit organization and is the largest European professional community, established in cooperation with the European Commission. EAI was created by leaders from industry, research, and policy making organizations to engage the global community with the shared goal of securing Europe’s future competitiveness through innovation.
Today, the objective is to empower the global research and innovation, and to promote cooperation between European and International ICT communities. By harnessing the potential of the ICT revolution, EAI engages the global community in all sectors of society to explore ways in which innovation in technology and business can benefit society at large.

Specific Job responsibilities include:

• Leading the initiative to increase user acquisition and engagement in EAI's online tools and services,
• Planning, co-creating and executing digital marketing campaigns using an appropriate combination of channels such as email marketing, social media, PPC, etc.,
• Evaluating individual marketing communication efforts and making sure they are in line with the overall marketing strategy,
• Reporting campaign results on a regular basis.

Personality requirements and skills

• Extensive experience with using English in a professional setting (written and oral, C1-level minimum is required),
• Proactive approach to problem-solving,
• Keen eye for detail,
• Experience collaborating with creative agencies,
• Experience using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Wordpress, Mailchimp, or similar digital marketing/content management tools,
• Experience using mainstream social media platforms professionally (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), knowledge of professional platforms for researchers (Researchgate, Academia.edu) is a plus;
• Experience working in a community-centric NGO and a solid understanding of trends in the professional lives of researchers in the ICT field is a plus;
• 3-5 years of experience in a job with responsibilities outlined above.
