We’re looking for a Junior/Mid Performance Marketing Specialist to support the Head of Marketing Delivery. You’ll be responsible for tracking multiple performance marketing channels and reporting the results.

Our long term goal is for you to learn a strategic approach to performance marketing, the relationship between brand and performance and how to get the best results out of both.

We’re a growing Marketing Department within a growing company, so there will be many opportunities to develop your own ideas, improve processes with us, and become an integral part of a welcoming collective.

What you’ll do

• Track and report the results of digital campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and Google Ads.
• Prepare reports and presentations of your findings.
• Learn how to test new tools for use in Performance Marketing and reporting.
• With guidance from supervisor - plan and suggest your own ideas.
• Experiment with automation tools and processes that can make your work more efficient and effective.
• Learn alongside an expert in Performance Marketing and develop your understanding of overall marketing strategies and how to grow your skills across many channels.

• 1 year of experience with PPC campaigns.
• Ideally, some previous experience in a marketing agency.
• Preferred academic background (University or other) in mathematics or science.
• Interest in digital technologies and the interconnected world.
• Upper Intermediate English.
