We are looking for a Web Analyst who will be responsible for providing key insights and recommendations for the Slido website, including traffic and conversions trends, marketing channel performance, and on-site experience. You will need to design and lead website performance analytics and take creative approaches to measure the total business impact of our web activity.

Your role
-Own regular website reporting & support ad hoc requests for data and insights
-Share analytical insights, anomalies and opportunities supporting data driven decisions of senior leadership
-Manage website reporting process with cross-functional partners, covering topics such as digital marketing, product performance, and conversion trends.
-Provide analytics team perspective in the setup of A/B tests and subsequent reporting of test results
-Establish KPIs and monitor performance impact of key UX improvements (features/ functionalities) launched to the website
-Design reporting that will allow key stakeholders to make strategic decisions based on performance
-Develop and deploy high level Google Analytics architecture strategy
-Develop and deploy metrics incl. JavaScript configuration in Google Tag Manager to be able to capture relevant data from the website

-3+ years of experience with web/marketing analytics
-Deep knowledge and comfort with Google Analytics tools is a must
-Experience with Exponea is a big plus
-JavaScript knowledge is a big plus
-Proven ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations
-Strong ability to consolidate data inputs from different web analytics tools to bring forward cohesive insights and action plans
-Skilled in building consensus and soliciting buy-in to recommended changes
-Logical and creative thinking; comfortable with ambiguity and solving complex business problems
