SuperScale has an innovative and unique Creative team: we are a group of idea makers, illustrators, graphic and motion designers thrilled to make engaging experiences for mobile games players. We are looking for an experienced full-time motion designer who will be working on exciting ideas for leading brands in the gaming industry such as EA, LEGO, ATARI and many more.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic design taste. Someone that can imagine something from nothing and use every creative bone in their body to make it come to life. You can not only understand graphic design and technology, but also love to dig into information to find a way to distill the message to attract game audiences. You'll be working independently and in a collaborative team environment with the ability to understand how your actions affect other team members.

Job description & responsibilities

• You will be involved in the design process from concept to production: creating creative videos for free-to-play mobile games.
• Motion graphics: integrate 2D assets and concept, design and animate imaginative and inspiring motion graphics pieces for mobile games (animating texts and elements, creating opening and ending screens in videos.)
• Video editing: support with editing gameplay video footage to create sharp and dynamic pieces of content.
• Graphic Design – creation of 2D assets.
• Craft beautiful details while keeping the bigger picture in mind, and vice versa.

• Strong skills in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop.
• Can animate different styles without struggle and you are well-versed in motion and animation techniques.
• Creative drive in exploring brand new approaches to using music and audio in videos.
• English at a communicative level (B2) and you are able to explain your ideas clearly to the team.
• You believe in collaboration: you feel comfortable taking direction and learning from others, you can respond to feedback, data/analytics, and to improve the creative work in future iterations.
