Náplň práce

Resco is a Slovak company with own product development and global presence on the CRM & mobility market. We are looking for experienced consultant to cover our internal CRM system within the firm also on the technical level.

This role requires an individual with experience in analysis and description of business processes and their translation into IT requirements. A consultant in this role uses his/her background in IT (administration, consulting or development) to analyze requirements and propose feasible solutions and action plans, as well as handle all incoming questions regarding the technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand current setup of the company’s internal CRM, use cases, processes and business needs
  • Collect requirements from users of the CRM such as Sales department, Finance department, Support team and Product teams and others
  • Analyze requirements and propose solutions, modifications, improvements and new processes and workflows
  • Prepare technical specifications
  • Plan, test and implement changes to the CRM
  • Maintain technical documentation and document all the changes to the CRM
  • Implement tools for automation and integration with other systems
  • Act as the system administrator on the CRM platform and perform end-user administration tasks, providing support and troubleshooting on issues with the platform and third-party tools, e.g. Marketo.
  • Train users and maintain training materials and guides
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvements and new functionalities
  • Develop a technical roadmap for the CRM

Požiadavky

  • 5 years of experience

Technical:

  • Strong technical background (Application developer, IT Consultant role)
  • Fundamental understanding of CRM space is a huge advantage
  • Experience with implementing and configuring Dynamics CRM / Salesforce or previous Resco platform knowledge is an advantage
  • JavaScript - advanced
  • HTML - advanced
  • CSS – advanced

  • Ability to develop clear understandings of internal users’ needs and the capability to incorporate them into processes and solutions

Personality:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with people at different levels
  • Ability to work proactively and self-sufficiently on a day-to-day basis

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and workload and to adapt to challenges
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Level C1)
