A content manager ensures the delivery of content strategy and content assets for Resco’s product marketing programs and other marketing activities. A content manager's responsibilities include writing and managing a content team; therefore, creativity and leadership skills are essential to this role.

You are a team player, collaborating, and acting across a variety of organizational functions. Strong strategic and communication skills are key to success in this role. You will communicate with all company areas — marketing, sales, product, and senior leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a content strategy that encompasses the goals of a company and aligns with the company's image
• Lead a team of content specialists to ensure that key content marketing assets are being delivered
• Set, report, and achieve content teams goals and KPIs
• Align with product marketing managers and other internal and external collaborators to deliver insightful, quality content
• Oversee content creation best practices and requirements and apply them to the delivered output
• Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year
• Research, write, publish blog posts, press releases, case studies, brochures, web texts, presentations, social media posts, emails, video scripts, voiceovers, and other requested content assets
• Optimize content performance with SEO best practices
• Monitor competition and their content assets, tactics, and strategies
• Report key content-related findings and provide improvement suggestions to all related stakeholders
• Manage content team budget

Essential:

You are a team player with leadership skills. You have a passion for content marketing creation, planning and organization. You can work across a variety of organizational functions and perform well under the stress.

• 4+ years of content production/copywriting experience, ideally for a B2B organization in an international market.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken (C1/C2/native).
• Proven writing, editing, proofreading and research skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communication.
• Experience with CMS systems (e.g., Wordpress), email marketing tools (e.g., Marketo).
• Data-driven and highly analytical.
• Time management skills.
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics solutions (Google Analytics, Semrush).
• MS Office proficiency

• Previous work experience in a B2B global technology company
