At Custom Ink Tech, we build software that processes tens of thousands of orders per month in real-time, and our Prague tech team plays a vital role in this process. We are looking for developers who are great at making independent decisions and judgment calls as well as writing code.

We have a variety of different roles available - from front-end developers working on the customer-facing aspects of our e-commerce website to back-end developers building complex distributed systems for automating our logistics and production pipelines. • You will join our team of awesome engineers to work on the Represent.com platform - a multi-million dollar business that prides itself on operating very efficiently.
• You will think about the customer needs of our fully-customizable e-commerce platform, develop new components, and optimize our conversion funnel.
• You’ll need to make sure our backend infrastructure scales for when people with millions of followers tweet a link to our website.
• You will be working with our Prague support team to remove overhead from our operations and supply chain processes.
• You’ll be in contact with our colleagues based in the United States.

• We use primarily Ruby on Rails with Sidekiq on the backend and host everything on Heroku. We test code properly and deploy only when the master is green - unless there’s an outage :)
• We use Vue.js and Tailwind for our customer-facing apps, and you may find Angular in some of our internal-facing pieces.
• We don't mind if you come from another background (Python, JavaScript, PHP, etc.). We are constantly learning and will be happy to teach you our stack.
