Piano is an international software company that is a global leader in the content monetization industry. We provide enterprise software to the world’s leading media companies, including Axel Springer, Funke, The Telegraph, NBC Universal, Wall St Journal, the Economist, Condé Nast, Techcrunch, Bloomberg, and Hearst.

This position is part of our Client technology Support team. The team is responsible for resolving software issues, questions and proposing workarounds or custom solutions. We are looking for communicative and proactive people that would like to learn and grow in the IT world.
This is NOT a copy & paste end user support role.

The Tech advisor will be part of the Level 1 support with the opportunity to learn and grow into L2 support or Tech consultants role in future.

Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day inflow of questions, requests and other needs from clients
· Apply your technical skills in order to resolve customer issues or find workarounds
· Support the customer in all aspects through to problem resolution, keeping the customer informed and updated throughout the issue resolution
· For easier questions provide resolution on first level (L1), for more complex issues, collect all necessary data before assigning to L2 or L3
· Engaging necessary support staff to resolve escalations in as short a timeframe as possible
· After bug resolution, testing and ensuring the issue is resolved
· You will use emails/tickets to communicate with clients (no phone or chat support),
· Drive Customer Satisfaction

Požiadavky

· We are looking for people who would like to enter the IT world while learning and growing their skills on the job. It does not matter if you do not have previous experience working in IT. What matters is your passion for IT and proactivity, curiosity and your desire to learn.
· Fluent level of English is a must - written and spoken. German language is big advantage, but not required
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills including a firm and patient demeanour
· Ability to solve problems dynamically and creatively
· Strong analytical and logical thinking, you enjoy solving problems and are willing to learn new things
· Detail-orientated and able to manage several tasks at once
· Proficient in MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
· An ideal candidate will have some knowledge or experience with one or more of the following: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python - and would like to gain deeper knowledge
· Experience in IT Support or technical background is an advantage
