We created some strong partnerships with fellow companies in the past, now we need someone to create even more. We need someone who will maintain connections with our partners and actively search for new ones. Are you a people person? Are you well organised, always on top of all your conversations? Can you strategically prioritize which relationships would be the best for reaching our goals? Do you like following up? Then you are the person we want in our team!

What will you do?

• Seek out and create new partnerships (universities/educators, professional influencers, marketing clubs, complementary tools…)
• Think outside the box and apply your business spirit to identify new partnership opportunities
• Keep in close contact with the market to identify new trends and keep our company ahead of the curve with potential new partnership opportunities
• Successfully drive initiatives from idea to implementation
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Look for speakers, speaking gigs, events, influencers that might help us to be more seen and known.
• Manage backlinks, media buying, social media mentions

Do you have what it takes?

• 2 years of experience in the same or similar role (could be sales, marketing or media buying role)
• You are strongly goal-oriented while still a team player
• Excellent verbal and communication skills in English
• Great interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• You are learning fast, able to adjust to unfamiliar situations

We work in a spacious house with a view of Mlynská dolina and a peaceful, friendly atmosphere. We work in an open office but have plenty of other rooms (full of plants and art) and a terrace if someone needs some peace and quiet. We go on ski trips, rafting and after-work drinks. We go to conferences like WebSummit (Lisbon), SaaStock (Dublin), TNW (Amsterdam), Social Media Week, etc. We’re all friends, we don’t know what corporate culture is, we create our own culture.
