As Omnichannel Marketing Manager you will be the key marketing stakeholder to our own retail stores, wholesale partners and key accounts. Your objective will be to create a consistent and effective consumer journey through physical and digital sales points. You will be often traveling for store checks.
Karcher Slovakia is based in Nitra and we prefer a candidate located in proximity of 1 hour to NR.
Your responsibilities:
• Create and Implement full-year Omnichannel activation calendar with focus on creativity, efficiency, consistency across all consumer touch points and responsible sales channels
• Lead BTL activities – Yearly kickoff event with partners, product promotions, mystery shopping
• Create and Implement in store communication materials & Visual Merchandising
• Lead the consumer experience of Kärcher in Slovakia
• Evaluate and co-create activation plans of partners
• Drive and implement digitalization within wholesale sales channels
• Regularly analyze store & campaign performance in area of responsibility and proactively drive improvement actions
• Support new stores openings
• Drive our Kärcher Center further as the premium flagship stores
• Create strong business relation with Head of Retail, Distribution and Kärcher Center sales channels
• 3+ years of working experience in retail activation - MUST
• A Growth and Digital Mindset
• Consumer and Customer orientation
• Business acumen, fluent in retail KPI’s
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Drive and independency
• Teamwork
• Fluency in English - MUST
• German language is very welcomed
• Project management skills
• Willingness to travel 50% - Drivers License B - MUST
