Are you an entrepreneurial, analytical, proactive media salesperson with a passion for digital marketing? Are you excited about working in a supportive and dynamic international team that rewards outstanding performance?

Httpool is looking for a Client Partner Lead to elevate our Slovakian Team, based in Bratislava. In this role, you will be consulting key advertisers and agencies in the market on how to deliver on their marketing objectives through our partners’ ad platforms. Strong social and professional ties within the local advertising industry and strong ties with the local business community are required.

Požiadavky

A successful Client Partner Lead will have the following attributes:

● Excellent rhetoric skills and proficient in Slovak and English
● Communication and people skills
● Strong motivational skills and the ability to multitask
● Planning and organizational skills
● Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy

Responsibilities:
● Lead Sales activities in Slovakia
● Build and manage relationships with major brands and media and creative agencies
with goal to sign multi million contracts (several hundred thousands)
● Educate clients and agencies through onsite presentations and one-on-one training
● Discover client objectives at business and campaign level and build strategic plans
to meet these
● Use in depth market and product knowledge to recommend and educate clients on
best practices for developing and scaling effective campaigns
● Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team
● Continual training and development of all members of the sales department
● Attending key meetings with members of the sales team
● Working on account management plans with the account managers
● Spotting market opportunities for new customers
● Attending monthly meetings with other senior members of the business
● All aspects of recruitment and selection of the sales team
● Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
● Networking with other directors in order to generate new business for the company
● Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances

Core and Functional Skills and Knowledge:
● University education in business administration, economics or similar social sciences
● Preferred MBA or master degree
● 5+ years experience in sales/business management within a sales organization
focused on large and strategic accounts
● Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and enhance customer relationships
● Strong commercial skills (responsible for direct revenue);
● Proximity to the business/industry
● Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing
environment
● Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with
minimal supervision
● Must have strong understanding of the digital marketplace and understanding of the
competitive landscape in which we operate
