• develop and execute local influencer and PR strategies;
• identify and build relationships with prominent influencers, journalists and thought leaders;
• lead communication with influencers co-operating with GymBeam;
• support the team with all tasks across all influencer activities, this will include everything from identifying influencers, creating campaign documents, to organizing influencer travel and accommodation;
• coordinating interview requests, communication with the agency, occasionally writing press releases;
• plan influencer’s social media content and campaigns;
• brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer and PR campaigns;
• ensure the influencer database is kept up to date and includes all relevant information;
• liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels;
• attend relevant events for networking and business purposes;

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Management;
• 2Y experience in marketing, communications or PR;
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills - mainly written and verbal;
• negotiating skills;
• well organized with great time management skills;
• experience with fitness or nutrition industry would be an advantage;
• deep understanding of influencer marketing, bloggers, social media, PR;
• proven track record in outreach campaign strategies;
• proven ability to analyze reports, dashboards, data and other tools to make critical decisions;
• Slovak or Czech level: Native, 100% spelling is a must
