Why do we need you?
Since last year we grew from 10 people to more than 40 and we are planning to hire even more talents! We need you to prepare all important documents such as employee agreements, communicate with our accountant, prepare payrolls, control worksheets, help with recruiting of new people and select the best candidates and make sure that onboarding of new people is once-in-a-lifetime experience.
What your day is going to look like?
1. Administrative support of Chief People Officer 2. Communication with employees and contractors on daily basis and helping them with their HR requests 3. Communication with an external accountant, preparing payrolls and collecting worksheets 4. Legal agenda - making sure all documents are in compliance with current legislation 5. Helping with job posts and publishing job ads, helping to select the best candidates 6. Reports, analyses, and research
- experience from HR or administration is a huge plus, but not a must - people person! You love people, you love communication and you are not shy to meet new people and helping them on a daily basis. - you are fine with work under pressure, you are responsible and self-driven. - pro-active - you are not waiting for orders from your manager but still making sure you are aligned with current strategy - you can work independently and to the required deadline and in the required quality - ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information and situations as well as communicate effectively with all levels of leaders and employees eager to look for opportunities to improve processes - detail oriented - you will not get lost in all the paperwork and you will pay attention to details
