European Alliance for Innovation is a non-profit organization and is the largest European professional community, established in cooperation with the European Commission. EAI was created by leaders from industry, research, and policy making organizations to engage the global community with the shared goal of securing Europe’s future competitiveness through innovation.
Today, the objective is to empower the global research and innovation, and to promote cooperation between European and International ICT communities. By harnessing the potential of the ICT revolution, EAI engages the global community in all sectors of society to explore ways in which innovation in technology and business can benefit society at large.

• Planning, creation, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns to support EAI’s brand awareness using PPC, email marketing and social media,
• Improving EAI's discoverability and SEO,
• Managing various content marketing efforts, data analysis and growth hacking to improve user acquisition and engagement in EAI’s online tools and services,
• Analyzing data from Google Analytics and your A/B tests,
• Reporting campaign results on a regular basis.

Personality requirements and skills

• Excellent command of English (written and oral, C1-level minimum is required),
• Keen eye for detail,
• Interest/background in strategic decision-making and business development,
• Experience using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Wordpress, Mailchimp, or similar digital marketing/content
  management tools,
• Experience using mainstream social media platforms professionally (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn), knowledge of professional platforms (Researchgate, Academia.edu) is a plus;
• Experience working in a community-centric NGO and solid understanding of professional research is a plus;
• 3-5 years of experience in a job with responsibilities outlined above
