We are looking for someone who has experience with design systems and is willing to build one in CloudTalk from the ground up.

Our main objective is to deliver consistency in design throughout the whole line of products. UX is at the focal point of the Product, and we require a superb design system to enable and support low and high-fidelity prototyping. We don't expect you to build prototypes, but a basic understanding of the laws of UX and prototyping is a must.

What will you do?

• Building the Design System from scratch
• Establish, refine and scale processes or practices for maintaining and maturing the Design System
• We are aiming to build the design system in Figma, so experience with it is a plus, but not a deal-breaker, feel free to show off your mad skills with other tools
• You're not going to be all alone in it. Our Product Manager, UX designer as well as Tech Lead will be helping you through the process
• Creating components/layouts for the Ux designer (one of the main goals is to unlock the potential for low and high-fidelity prototypes)
• Information architecture concepts, interactive prototypes, UI specs
• Advocate the design system within the company by communicating strategy, plans, and updates across the organization
• Review library docs for consistency, quality, and usefulness
• Be data-driven – define, monitor usage and effectiveness of design system
• Human-computer Interaction and Laws of the UX comprehension

• Having experience building and supporting a Design System
• A basic understanding of the UX and prototyping is a must
• Ability to present an idea or concept
• Having no issues giving and receiving a constructive feedback
• Great communication skills
• Ability to plan workload prioritize tasks
