Náplň práce

  • Full Time / Contract
  • Offices in Bratislava, Prague and Malaga
  • 100% Remote from Europe (or a similar time zone) possible

We are looking for a Growth Hacker to join our Growth team at CloudTalk. You will be responsible for designing & running experiments as well as long-term projects to drive growth at every stage of the AARRR funnel.

The Growth team was formed only recently and has 2 people at the moment, so you’ll be able to influence not only your initiatives, but also the shaping of our team and its processes.

What you’ll do:

  • You will take a holistic look at CloudTalk’s customer journey, data & customer feedback to identify bottlenecks and actionable insights.
  • You will design, run & evaluate experiments to drive growth across different stages of the AARRR funnel.
  • You will identify & implement mid to long term projects designed to drive growth as well as remove friction.
  • You will own initiatives from the ideation stage all the way through delivery.
  • You will collaborate with other marketing, sales, product and development teams.
  • You will scale and automate the growth processes.

Požiadavky

  • You have previous experience with B2B SaaS marketing and practical knowledge of both inbound and outbound marketing

  • You are data-driven: you have a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics, A/B testing, and statistics

  • You understand users’ behaviour and you have a strong focus on customer relationships and experience.

  • You are comfortable with a fast-paced environment. ​​​​​​You can learn quickly and adapt easily to new challenges

  • You have a growth mindset. You are results-oriented and creative in pursuit of growth.

  • You are passionate about SaaS businesses and the strategies & tactics they use to grow
    You’ll get bonus points for:

  • Basic programming knowledge (not necessary though)

  • You have experience with tools such as Optimizely, HubSpot, Zapier, lead generation & mining tools.

  • Copywriting skills
