Náplň práce

We are looking for a Growth Hacker to join our Marketing team at Cloudtalk. Be a part of a team that is driving 98% of company growth and bring your original ideas to life. You will be responsible for implementing projects driving growth strategies and innovation.

We’re thrilled to announce that we have raised $7.3M in Series A funding! This Series A round is led by henQ VC (Mews, Sendcloud) and joined by Point Nine Capital (Zendesk, Revolut) adding to our $1.6M Seed investment from Presto Ventures in 2019.

What you will do:

  • Implement growth hacking tactics and incubate new projects to drive revenue growth and product adoption.

  • Choose in accordance with the other departments which metrics, goals, and KPIs to focus on. Bringing traditional and creative ideas on how to grow those KPIs and deliver your goals.

  • Analyze the data and user feedback to identify actionable insights and A/B test ideas to drive customer acquisition, user engagement, and revenue.

  • Collaborate with other departments (product, marketing, management, sales) in order to present results and make the product more user-centric.

  • Scale and automate the growth processes.

  • Utilize your knowledge about referral marketing to create viral growth.

Požiadavky

  • You are data-driven: you have a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics, A/B testing, and statistics

  • You understand users’ behavior and you have a strong focus on customer relationships and experience.

  • You are comfortable with a fast-paced environment. ​​​​​​You can learn quickly and adapt easily to new challenges

  • You have previous experience with B2B SaaS marketing and practical knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing

  • You have a growth mindset. You are results-oriented and creative in pursuit of growth.Last but certainly not least, you are enthusiastic with a positive attitude.

You’ll get bonus points for:

  • Basic programming knowledge

  • You have experience with growth hackings tools such as Optimizely, HubSpot, Zapier, review sites, lead generations & mining tools.

  • Editing and copywriting skills.
