WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?
Join a young team of marketers, passionately working for one of the fastest-growing e-com companies in Slovakia. Things are changing quickly here, so do not expect a boring job!
We’re looking for a creative Social Media Specialist to manage our social media in 8 countries (we currently operate in Slovakia, Czech republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, & Bulgaria). We expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends and to be open-minded. Do you have any great ideas that will make things better? Don’t hesitate to tell us.

You will be fully responsible for creating a social media plan for our beloved brands - for example for Klarstein or BBG. You should be aware of budget spendings and be friends with social metrics and reporting.

Your role:

• Create monthly social media plan (in tune with the current campaigns and goals) and content in collaboration with other team members
• Be creative and opened-minded
• Set up paid campaigns in Business Manager (but don’t worry, performance campaigns are managed by performance team )
• Bring insights, look for improvements, identify trending topics and identify trends we could use to achieve our branding goals, (we love testing new features)
• Community management
• Analyze, report and optimize social media campaign performance
• Closely collaborate with other teams in order to deliver the best-in-class content, direct contact with CMO
• Mutual sharing of knowledge with our colleagues from BBG Global HQ

• You have been working for at least 1 year in marketing or advertising (on positions such as marketing specialist, social media specialist, ppc specialist, idea maker, copywriter, etc.)
• You know how to work with Facebook Business Manager
• You have ability to effectively multitask in a deadline-driven environment
• You are collaborative and prepared to participate in our brainstormings
• You have great ideas as well as a drive and passion to bring them to reality
• You are creative & proactive
• Additional speaking & writing skills in one of the following languages is a plus: Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Slovenian, Croatian, Romanian, Bulgarian
