We are looking for a person with drive and hunger for success to build a cohesive branding strategy, lead a strong branding team and execute top-class marketing campaigns with a sole purpose of growing brand awareness in a measurable way.
We own 13 brands and are selling in 9 CEE countries, but our main focus brand is Klarstein. You will own the whole process of strategy planning and media buying for this young German brand of home & kitchen appliances. Sizable budget is already securend and a skilled branding team is already on board. We are waiting only for you!
Analyze our brand positioning and crystalize targeted consumers insights
Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to
Translate brand strategies into brand plans with measurable milestones
Lead creative development and implement marketing campaigns
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against KPIs
Lead a strong branding team
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics

Proven working experience with branding, PR and events
Leadership & team management skills
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Advanced communication and presentation skills
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Highly creative with ability to think out of box
Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
